Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Autopulto (the "Service"), operated by Autopulto ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Autopulto is an automated organic marketing engine. On your instruction it plans, generates, schedules, and publishes marketing content across third-party platforms (social networks, blogs, directories, email, and similar), and provides related research and analytics. You are responsible for reviewing and approving how the Service acts on your behalf.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account, your organization's users, and keeping credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Your responsibilities

• You may only promote products, services, and content you own or are authorized to promote.
• You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and the terms of every third-party platform you connect.
• You are responsible for all content published through your account, including AI-generated content you approve or allow to be published, and for any outreach (e.g. email) complying with anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

4. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to platforms you authorize (via their official sign-in). We are not affiliated with them, do not control them, and are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions (including suspending or removing your accounts or content). Your use of each platform is governed by that platform's own terms.

5. Plans, credits & billing

• Paid plans and credit purchases are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges.
• Credits are consumed as you use metered features and are not redeemable for cash.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel or change plans from your billing settings. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing it before it is published. You retain rights to your inputs; as between you and us, you own the content you generate and publish, subject to the platforms' and AI providers' terms.

7. Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, its software, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (e.g. to store and process your content and to publish it where you direct).

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the Service or third parties. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular marketing result, ranking, reach, or that publishing will always succeed on every platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
