This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our
Terms of Service. Because Autopulto publishes and sends
content on your behalf, these rules protect you, other users, the platforms we connect
to, and the people who receive your marketing. Violating this AUP may result in
suspension or termination.
1. You must only promote what you're authorized to
- Only promote products, services, brands, and content that you own or are
explicitly authorized to market.
- Only connect accounts that belong to you or that you're authorized to manage.
2. Prohibited content & industries
Do not use the Service to create, publish, or distribute content that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal goods or services (e.g. illicit drugs, weapons,
stolen data, counterfeit goods);
- is sexually explicit or adult content, or promotes it;
- promotes hate, harassment, violence, or discrimination against people or groups;
- is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading — including fake reviews, false claims,
impersonation, "get rich quick" and similar scams, or undisclosed paid promotion
where disclosure is required;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- contains malware, phishing, or links intended to harm or defraud;
- concerns regulated categories you're not licensed for (e.g. certain financial,
pharmaceutical, gambling, or crypto offerings), or that a connected platform or
our AI providers prohibit.
3. No spam or abusive automation
- Do not send bulk unsolicited email or messages, or contact people without a lawful
basis; honor unsubscribe requests and applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR,
CASL, etc.).
- Do not use the Service to evade platform rate limits, bans, or bot-detection, to
create fake engagement, or to operate in ways a connected platform prohibits.
- Do not attempt to automate account signup on third-party platforms.
4. No misuse of the Service
- Do not probe, scan, or breach security; do not reverse-engineer or disrupt the
Service; do not resell or share access in violation of your plan.
- Do not use the Service to build a competing dataset or model, or to overload our
infrastructure.
5. AI output is your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published and for
ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for its audience and channel.
6. Enforcement & reporting
We may review, limit, suspend, or remove content or accounts that violate this AUP,
with or without notice, and may report unlawful activity to authorities. To report
