Indie App Showcase terms
Last updated: 2026-10-07
Version 2026-10-07. These terms apply when you submit an app to the Autopulto Indie App Showcase. By ticking the attestation box and typing your name, you sign them.
1. Who can submit
You must be authorised to represent the app you submit, for example as its developer, owner or an employee acting for them.
2. What we list
We list legitimate businesses: apps and products that are lawful, work as described, and are offered honestly. Listing is free and at our discretion. We review every submission and may decline or remove any listing.
3. What we don't list
Apps that offer or promote:
- real-money gambling (wagering money or anything of monetary value, sportsbooks, real-money casinos, or paid-entry contests with cash prizes);
- adult or sexual content;
- illegal drugs;
- weapons or firearms sales;
- hate or extremist content;
- fraud or deception;
- malware or hacking-for-hire;
- unlicensed pharmaceuticals.
Social-casino games with no real-money wagering and no cash or cash-equivalent prizes are allowed, in line with app-store policy.
4. Your attestation
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate, that the app is a legitimate business, and that it does not offer or promote anything in section 3. You'll keep the listing accurate, and withdraw it if that stops being true.
5. Ongoing checks
We check listed sites automatically every day. A listing may be paused or removed if the site starts showing prohibited content, redirects to a different site, appears parked or for sale, or stays unreachable. Listings hidden only because the site was unreachable come back automatically when it responds again.
6. Links and content
Approved listings link to your site. You grant us permission to display your app's name, description, logo and platforms in the showcase and in emails about it. We store our own copy of your logo.
7. Your data
We keep your submission and signed attestation (your typed name, the time, your IP address and browser) while the listing exists, and for one year after it's rejected or withdrawn. Unconfirmed submissions are deleted after 7 days. See our privacy policy.
8. Withdrawing
You can withdraw your listing at any time from the "manage your listing" link in our emails, or request a new link at /apps/manage.
9. Changes
If we change these terms, we'll publish a new version here. The version you signed is recorded with your submission.
